Norvita provides workplace recovery services for companies, designed to support employee wellbeing, healthy movement, physical comfort, and relaxation within the workplace.

Our services are delivered on-site at company locations and may include workplace recovery sessions, stretching and mobility, posture and ergonomic support, and personalized recovery sessions.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, by email, or through direct communication.

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Norvita.

3. Services

Services are provided at the client's workplace and are tailored to the company's needs.

Session duration depends on the selected service and may vary between 25 and 55 minutes.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide a safe, clean, and suitable working environment for the sessions.

Employees participating in the sessions should inform the therapist of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect participation.

Participation is voluntary.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Norvita provides workplace recovery services intended to promote movement, physical comfort, relaxation, and employee wellbeing.

Our services are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical or physiotherapy care.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before services are delivered.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice.

7. Cancellations

Appointments or company sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by prior agreement.

Norvita reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.

8. Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide safe and professional services, Norvita cannot be held liable for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation where participants have failed to disclose relevant health information or have acted against professional guidance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Norvita unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
