I have a professional background in physiotherapy, with experience gained across Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland.

Today, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, I wanted to create something different: Norvita, a workplace recovery service offering companies practical solutions designed around the everyday needs of their employees.

Our approach combines movement, stretching, relaxation and simple recovery practices, giving employees an opportunity to pause, recharge and feel refreshed during the working day.

Every service is designed to fit naturally into the workplace, creating an enjoyable experience without disrupting the working day.
